Very little detail in the paper but the artists' impression includes John Pegg's vision of the National War Memorial. The whole thing looks good; Gordon Cowan's quote is an implicit challenge to DDC planning people.

I was for it the first time round,I have not seen it in the papers yet,but it is the way forward,I would love to see the same kind of funding put up theree as the Castle.I would love to help up there, but do not have the time, and I would need to get my leg better first.Yes and also love to get back welding.
