  Ironically, large coal reserves lie directly under Western Docks, and I say this, because the only place to get to it would be from the Docks, as one cannot bore holes from the top of the cliffs, and the stretch of coast West of T2 is too narrow.
  
  Some months back, I mentioned on the Forum that Vic might realise this, and bring it up .
  Heyho, maybe Charlie will get there before him!
