    Well done Ian. Were these youngsters on the bottle or something? A very strange situation indeed.

    I thought the problem with the monkey bikers had been sorted long ago but there was at least one zipping up and down Barton Path last night, in the dark, with no lights, no helmet (as Ian pointed out) and generally just showing off to some screaching youngsters. I had considered calling the Police but last time they just shuffled the problem onto the local PCSO, and I don't think they come out at night!
