  Howard, although what you state is totally legitimate, and I agree with you that there is concern, but, the point I sometimes try to make out to Barry when he fans the nuclear deterrant strategies (at present many people in Britain would like to scrap the trident project) is that if a neclear missile were used, it would blow up a whole area, such as a city. If many were used, it could destroy the world.
  By building more and more nuclear missiles, we cannot be doing the right thing!
