The post you are reporting:
Well Howard, the Iranian president has made some remarks in the past, but these do not reflect the views of all Iranins and of all the Iranian Mullahs, who also have a lot to say in Iranian policies.
I do not believe that the words of an Iranian president alone can decide what course Iran should follow, but that there are institutional offices in Iran that also make decisions, or contest, when need be, decisions made by the president. In Iran, there is a whole set-up of offices and miliotary officers who would also have to have a say in any decision to go to war.
Hence, I do not believe that the idea of threatening to blow up whole districts with nuclear missiles serves any country. In the case of Iran, though, the Iranian government does not sem to have ever stated that it would even produce nuclear missiles, let alone use them!
So something not quite right there, Howard, in your statement!
