  English Heritage seemingly have had placed this sign along the Esplanade main road leading from the Eastern Docks.Not "Welcome to Dover" nor "Welcome to the United Kingdom" but "Welcome to England".Presumably DDC or DTC had a say in it,did they?

  At least I say English Heritage but perhaps I've got the symbol wrong,if so,I beg their pardon,but if not them then who I wonder?

  I think that's the Visit England logo, so kind of makes sense that it says England!
