    This would send my Grandfather and father turning in their graves, they are chopping the heart out of our Armed Forces, I know we are no longer an empire but this is like a slap in the face to service personal.

    As said an Army on the cheap in thinking a reservist and I mean no disrespect, can have the same time training as a regular soldier has, and their employers will not have the luxury of holding their jobs open for any lengh of time.
