  I was filling in an online form this evening and mistyped my postcode. The autofill suggested an number of addresses and one of them was Dslam. Totally confused I Googled it and found that it means "digital subscriber line access multiplexer". So it appears that the green telecoms box nearby has it's own postal adddress. I wonder how many letters it gets?
