Tim Yeo is one of those career politicans, around for a very long time and knows how to play the system, but despite being around for so long is very difficult politician to warm to...no pun intended. He is the kind of politician the public find difficult to entirely trust. This latest news as shown in Philips link, where he receives payments from the green lobby, while at the same time charing the energy committee is a case in point..its all rather odd.
I met him one time when he came down here to Dover, he was a minister at the time, in support of the Paul Watkins electoral campaign.. a few moons ago now. I did have pictures but I think they were lost, but will have a look. The whole energy policy seems to be very hit and miss and badly in need of a direction.
