  That is because the wording is wrong.
  The wording should have been
  (1) ARE you in Favour of the port of Dover being sold off.
  (2)Are you in favour of the Port of Dover staying as a royal port within the Royal Charter.
  
  And I along with 1000,s of others would have given it our support even if we could not vote.
