    i was told that there are stacks of exhibits stored under the town hall, no idea whether that is true or not.

    the point is that all will be used at some point in the context of the display at the time.

    as a for instance the museum stairwell has en exhibition of chanel swimming photos, no doubt they will be taken down stored then used again when appropriate in the future.
