    had no idea that was the case vic, however you are sounding like mr pickles here.

    reserves are exactly that, money set aside in case of an emergency, sometimes earmarked for forthcoming projects.

    a million pounds is chicken feed anyway, could be spent in the blink of an eye, no great improvements and we are left with no reserves.
