    and like others the subject is now a little stale.


    at the end of the day if cllrs choose by majority vote to have/not to have prayers
    thats there choice.

    if they vote by majority to have prayers and some don';t wish to attend the prayers, then that to should be allowed.


    the problem comes as howard says when you have a mountain of different religions, where would they hold all these meetings?
    very time consuming.
