I used to criticise top scientists years ago when many of them stated we were alone. Billions of suns, billions of planets, how could we be alone? I`ve gone into astrobiology since then, and another whole subject in itself where I am completley out of my depth, but learning all the time. Been to a couple of interesting lectures on it as well. After reading, and hearing about the complexities of life, and the chances of it ever occurring, I`m not quite so quick at criticising the above. Some say why is the universe here as it is? We see the universe as it is, only because we are here to observe it. Maybe others of course. My view is, until there`s evidence, you can only speculate on what we know at present.
