    Alot of fuss about the smoking ban everywhere, but now it`s in place and working. Why not start on the alchohol? I`ve had my share over the years, and gone over the top, but enjoyed myself. The trouble is, like outside the 8 bells 2 weeks ago, a few can`t handle it. A male in his 30s shouting the F & C word at another drinker, calling him a w....., while being restrained by another drinker. Right in the middle of the town centre!!!!!! Like no smoking in public places, and no dogs on the beach, no alchohol in Pencester Gardens. Is it that hard to enforce?? On the spot fines to help make it self financing.
