  i wondered where they were putting all the water left over from the wellington dock.
  turned out to be the subway.
  
  looked shallow enough so i ventured forth, the two girls pictured did the same as me then shouted for me to go back as it got deeper towards the middle.

  That will teach you not to venture forth without your wellies Howard.. Very good picture ..creative, makes that particular tunnel look much better than it does in reality. Its really the gloomiest place imagineable...during heavy rain the water cascades majestically down the elevating street-bound steps ...soon it will be Dover's best fountain.

  Could it be that drains are never cleaned? My friend had to turn back not being clad in thigh boots and risked life and limb dashing across the road between the lethal weapons known as container lorries.
