  Late yesterday afternoon I emailed DDC to advise of the rubbish dumped in Dolphin Passage they replied giving me the job number. Overnight the wildlife had been at it but a truck was there collecting the bags whilst two litter pickers were dealing with the left overs.

  That's good to hear, I wish they would deal with the culprits so quickly.

  If they find them Reg. (the people who dumped the rubbish, not the wildlife who made a mess of it) they will deal with them.
  
  Usually they go through the rubbish looking for a name and/or address and then contact them.

  They are the proper bags for the DDC rubbish collection which is scheduled for Thursday in Dolphin Passage - could be either they were put out late or the collection missed out, so not a case of flytipping at all.
