    A little closer to home, the Inquest into the shooting by Police of Mark Duggan began yesterday. It will be remembered that one of the knock-on effects of this were the riots that took place in parts of England.
    In an 'open' letter in yesterday's paper his brother said that up till now they had no clear understanding of what happened, in contrast to what one could expect to be informed of had he been shot by anybody other than the Police.
