  I know we're meant to be phasing it out BUT wouldn't you rather have it produced from our vast reserves rather than that nice Mr Putin having us over a barrel.
  
  Though apparently I seem to remember that Kent is such a magical place with its coal mines and aquifers that unlike the rest of the planet it's geologically impossible - unless, of course you talk to any engineer in the oil industry.
  
  Or nuclear?
  
  No Co2 production and chugging away 24/7 unlike the offshore bat shredders and we were happy enough to import Froggie nuclear energy until the Ashford transformer (and remember it was meant to be an exchange of electricity - except it never happened as the Froggies always had more power than us!) caught fire.
  
  SO glad all the demonstrations against fracking and nuclear power worked.
  
  Meanwhile Top Tip.
  
  Save yourself thousands of pounds on insulating your property (which obviously the Government should have paid for) by putting on an extra jumper.
  
  Apparently it's worked for millennia.
