Does anyone know DDC's policy on war pension disregard for the purposes of housing/council tax benefits,
I seem to recall a campaign by Saga some years back is Dover one of the councils that voted for 100% disregard?

My mate says they are using in his assessment as additional income and we are trying to find out if that's right. They should disregard the first £10 a week by law but I know when the Saga campaign (it might have been some other group) was on a lot of councils disregarded 100%.
He doesn't want to challenge them until he's sure, they're not doing the £10 bit anyway so he's due some back.
