  Howard, where I come from using a chaps surname isn't an insult, it is simply using his surname. I do not understand why so many people are lining up to protect this man. I remember when he ran the Post office social club and it ruined many peoples evenings and nights nearby for many many Saturdays because he chose to ignore the councils requests for some soundproofing. I do not see him as an angel of the local reps - but many on here seem to differ. I respect that while retaining my own opinion.
