  I used his surname because I could not remember his forename. Apologies. Will he apologise if he has indeed used that word in relation to a death? He may well have chosen to email PaulB and thus delayed a response on here. He could, of course, have simply posted as others do, or gone through one of his chums who posts. It does feel a little as if it is not taken seriously.
