    Too late. Been saying DTIZ could have been something special years ago but who in their right mind is going to visit Dover via its clogged roads or submerged railway for a Nando's and a movie. The heritage of Dover has been swapped for port expansion and the town will simply become a truck stop. The high street will vanish just like the Prince of Wales Pier. If you want heritage and history then visit Deal or Sandwich.
