To increase the amount of tourists who come to Dover to walk Walkers are welcome are hoping to get 1400 signatures so that Dover becomes a walkers are welcome town. This will not only bring more walkers to the Town to spend money but make sure that footpaths are kept open and clean more details later
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

The Dover area has to be one of the best in the country for walkers. We love walking on the cliffs and hills and there are so many variations you can choose with different footpaths, flights of steps etc. A lot of walkers like to stop for a drink or a meal and Dover's fine range of pubs, cafes and micro pubs could benefit from Walkers Are Welcome status.
