The incident in Walmer was fairly minor I seem to remember and trying to turn his café into a hub for reporting hate crimes is frankly laughable. Someone in Thanet is upset by the word "coloured" which we all thought was alright until a "Match of the day" presenter got into trouble for using it. There was a hate crime hotline for around here some years back but was closed due to not receiving any calls.
