    I think its about the community working together to make in this posting Tower Hamlets etc a better place to live.

    ON doo poo mentioned by howard, locals can help on this issue letting the Warden/Pcso know when walkers who let there dogs foul taking small details like where they walk who they may be wot days of week.

    Makes everyones job easier, but more important they get caught
