Did any member of the forum attend.It would appear there are wreath laying services all the time.November the 11th on the 11 Hour Is the one when we recall all those who have died in conflict.
It should be on that day and everyone falls silent.No traffic no radio or TV ,then it means something.Thats how it was when I was child.

I looked at the local British Legion site and the photos suggest that other than participants less than ten people were there. I recognised Chris Precious in his Deputy Mayor role and former Mayor Pam Brivio.
