I know councillors don't have to be sworn in at the first meeting but either Lydden or River are going to know they don't come first in Cllr Matcham's affections
As for the notice board, it's kept that way so outsiders don't know what's going on, most of our communication is done over the garden fence or in The Fox (as our locals are still closed
)
And the potholes are known locally as tourist traps, KCC fill em in, we dig em out and it keeps the local garage going fixing tyres and suspensions (only joking on that one, but you should see the size of our moles)
