    I do not have to be sworn in dead on time or even that night,it can be done when I turn up. And I have been going round the parishs today looking at what needs to be done which I can talk about. Idid see that the Lydden paish council notice case was not up todate,and after a very close look there was alot of pot holes in the road,that road does need doing up.Just afew I was looking at,.

    I must say I am 100% with Mr Newsam about the Referendum of the port.as you know the Town council get over £600.000 each year,but the parishs get alot less to work with,I can only say what River get at this time ,but the rest will be about the same of even less and River get about £66.000 ayear,so the town council do have very good funding and a good Bank Balace.
