    Oh dear, when I saw the title of this thread, I hoped so much it wouldn't be this.

    Simon and I are both so very sorry to hear that Colin is no longer with us.

    He was so chatty and cheery and helpful. We offer the sincerest of sympathies to his family. Colin will be missed.
