    I must say I am intrigued by Cllr Frederick Scales statement of and I quote "Encouraging signs of investment" Would these be the same signs that Mr Watkins has seen down the years?? Is this an autumn phenomena?? or possibly a cold weather phenomena?? Is it possible that these signs of investment are eventually coming out on video in time for christmas?? If so can I put my name down for a copy??
