  In view of the Westminster and other previous attacks where vehicles have been used in pedestrian areas do you think it's time for Dover High Street to have a physical barrier that prevents vehicle access during the daytime? This would also stop the daily cat-and-mouse antics between parking attendants and those who still insist on driving into the market square?
