Noticed earlier there was a sign on the 101 warning people that using electronic cigarettes on the bus was not allowed.
Stopped short of saying what the punishment/fine would be those who chose to ignore the warning.

I understand it's down to individual businesses to choose, they can only remove you from premises or bus as there is no civil or criminal offence. Only a matter of time though I suspect.

Good manners surely to not vape in an enclosed area with other people present?

It's only water vapour Martin, completely odourless and harmless.
These electronic cigarettes are proving to be a lifeline to struggling pubs who are getting their old customers back whilst not upsetting non smokers.

Not only water vapour in the nicotine liquids, you do exhale nicotine and they do have an odour that is not always pleasant.
