we keep hearing of the shortage of accommodation, the bedroom tax and difficulties in down sizing, but these flats seem to have been empty for ages.
i think they used to belong to a housing association .

they went through some bad publicity about leaving them empty

it didn't help with their choice of previous tenants keith, endless noise and things being thrown out of windows.
