we keep hearing of the shortage of accommodation, the bedroom tax and difficulties in down sizing, but these flats seem to have been empty for ages.
i think they used to belong to a housing association .

they went through some bad publicity about leaving them empty

it didn't help with their choice of previous tenants keith, endless noise and things being thrown out of windows.

let's hope that the next time they are let out,a different style of advertising will be employed than last time.
