    this was by the side of the town hall this morning, a lady saw me taking photos and accused me of being from the council.

    i explained i was just a busybody and told her about the forum. i then said that i thought the police were the ones to take action but not certain, she was even less impressed and said "if they let cyclists run wild they are hardly going to do much about attracting rats to the town centre".
