I take it you have heard of buy to let which was 14.5 per cent of all mortgage lending in the UK in the third quarter of last year?

You really do need to get out and about more Howard! Try Thamesmead for example, where one of my teaching staff, who happened to hail from Nigeria, was building up a property portfolio decades ago.
