    not a wild flower as such, when i moved in 10 years ago i gave the flower bed a good turnover and started afresh.

    two packets of seeds that promised almost immediate success were bought, one was alyssum the other(picture above) i cannot remember.

    i am constantly pulling them out so that other plants can see the sun but they always thrive, roots go very deep.
