Paul you are not the only confused person .All DDC councillors voted for the motion as set out in our agenda .This was put forward by the Labour group. The understanding was that the toilets would be reopened if DTC continued negotations with DDC .Now to get those toilets open it means A delegation from DTC meet with the Leader of the Council ,a senior officer and probably Nigel.
When some councillors wear two hats I cannot understand how they cannot report back what was voted on at DDC .

It is very clear to me and for the sake of the public I would have expected a delegation from the town council knocking on the door at Whitfield .

DTC have been given the figures for the cleaning of the toilets and from the figures because if you read carefully each toilet is different and that must be the water usuage etc is included..Not responsible for the upkeep of the building just the day to day running .Now that is less than River have todo as we have to maintain the building .

IT is so simple .There is an open door at Whitfield .I saw the recommendations put to DTC councillors and I would have expected a clear decision would have been made
A political game is being played and quite honestly it stinks

Those toilets could have been reopened today .Its time the plug was pulled on this .

My colleague was reported as stating ,acting like responsible adults .
