    As I said Howard the Town Council can not make a decision until they have all the facts and numbers and at 4.15pm today Cllr Hannent recieved some of the numbers they had been after,but as I understand it not all of them.
    It seems as if DDC aren't that keen to give figures as it seems to me they don't know what they are either
