The Department for Education has discovered another set of errors in the Summer A-levels and GCSE exam papers.
They are furious and have launched an inquiry, hinting that there may be job losses, although it's not quite clear if these will be the responsible examiners or the pupils once they find work
Among the subjects badly hit this time round are physics, maths and Latin.
One offending question found was: what to add to the Roman numeral 9 to make it a 6?
The answer that all pupils gave was: S
