    With the localism bill under construction, the Tories made hay while the sun was shining.
    It seems that it also promises local participation of the people in decisions, which will mean the use of a referendum on important local issues.

    Lately I've been really glad to see how the Government and local authorities have been managing fundamentally important innovations.

    As for the EU issues, I think just about everyone knows them from back to front and upside down. I have been a member of the Daily Express blog since early 2010, and just about everyone on that blog is for Britain leavingthe EU. So nothing new there!
