    Spot on, Keith! A credible candidate standing in Whitfield with that strategy could obtain a large success there, even an independent candidate.
    It would be important for the candidate to tell the people there that he/she is for local economic regeneration in Dover and District, agrees with the basics of the localism plans of the Kent authorities, but has the same views as Charlie on preserving local green areas for the local people.
