    Unfortunately Ed you have just done exactly what you accuse Charlie (Elphicke) and the Peoples Port of being. They have made a submission to government and it includes removing certain elements of port legislation which DHB currently use (effectively) to not contribute to Dover ,it's residents and the surrounds. Something positive for the Town.
    If there is a viable alternative from UKIP lets hear it. As I said before I'm not pro privatisation but I am a realist.
    As an aside it's DHB that are (alledgedly) hiring PR support.
