    Ok I have now found out,you can do the same by loging into is Dover a royal port.

    After Queen Elizabeth (1)had thought it necessary to encourage this Town of Dover and the port,this was done by bestowing on it a mark of her Royal Favour a new charter of incorporation and had the port taken under her Royal Protection by doing that the port of Dover was made a royal port and all repairs and up keep of the port was done on her orders.
