    I believe that the answer to Mark's question to Vic is that many UK voters were increasingly disenchanted with no representation over immigration; given that tackling immigration is seen as an ultra right-wing issue, many of those who voted BNP found UKIP not right-wing enough for them.

    I'm hopeful that immigration will become an issue that will be addressed by the new coalition. If it isn't, support for BNP and UKIP will not diminish.
