    Keith i will just do that when the time is right, but what you must also remember that there are 1000s even more than that that do not get a pension at all with their jobs I was just one of them it is very hard today to find a job which comes with any pension let alone one that goes up each year. If you have a penison,but as we are talking about pay and not pension just to let you know men are now working for less this year per hour than last year just to keep hold of their jobs and some companys will be doing the same this year and will not be paying out a pay rise at all.
