    Keith the 'ladders' issue was with Councils, not individual householders. I wonder though that if you did not make sure your window cleaner has insurance:public liability and more, and he is injured in a fall or some other way you could be in deep doggy-doo-doo.
    The racist aspect pertained to the video. Producing a mile of text does not lessen the impact of the chosen shots within the video.
