The post you are reporting:
UKIP does have a general policy regards legislation that goes beyond a sole anti-EU campaign.
Being a libertarian party, it doesn't have an ideology.
Personally I believe in a British Constitution based on the Christian Faith, with undisputed allegiance to the Union Flag.
So there may be some difference there!
To be a member of UKIP it is not necessary to be a monarchist, as I was assured by them before becoming a member for the second year in 2011. So one can have views that do not necessarily correspond to those of Nigel Farage on important constitutional questions, and still be a member and express these views.
Personally I believe UKIP should work on a policy of more social equality in respect to finances, such as campaigning for an end to Britain's utterly unacceptable law allowing for unlimited interest on loans, for example that no loan can exceed the annual inflation rate plus 1 or 2 percent to allow for expenses, at the very least when talking of individual loans and loans to small businesses.
UKIP should campaign for an energetic reduction of our Public Debt through a Wealth Redistribution Law.
This has nothing to do with "stealing all the wealth of rich people", but based on the principle that if you have hoards of personal financial wealth in times of austerity caused by the Public Debt (which is the sole reason for austerity, the Debt being caused by consecutive annual budget deficits and government borrowing), then you are obliged to contribute more to reducing the Public Debt (unless you are not a member of the Public but living on Planet Us and Them). But in this latter case why not emigrate to Mars?
So my views and policies are down to Earth and socially acceptable, and I'm convinced that if UKIP followed up on this, they could certainly distinguish themselves from the Osborne-Tory "defend the super-rich at all costs" attitude.
This would probably attract many socialists from among the electorate, and many more disillusioned Tory supporters who have discovered that we really are NOT all in it together.
