Philip, UKIP's policy on climate change does not address the real problem: how does chemical pollution interact with the atmosphere. Does it cause the ice to melt excessively in Greenland and the Arctic, does it cause an ozone whole over the southern hemisphere, is it responsible for causing more forceful hurricanes and typhoons?

The air does not necessarily have to get warmer for climatic changes to take place: salt can melt ice even without an increase in the temperature, chemical agents (particles) in the air can cause chemical reactions, as the air is made up of gases. Clouds are made up of a chemical formula.

UKIP has a very amateur approach to carbon emissions, reducing the whole thing to "getting warmer" "not getting warmer".
    It's not to their credit.
