The reason they taught the Christian Faith at school in North Camp is because it's the official Faith of Britain as professed by the Church of England, and therefore the official Faith of the Army.
In Dover I attended St. Mary's C/E school with the same results.
Bringing this thread in relation to UKIP, I cannot understand why this party is afraid to openly profess the Christian Faith of Britain as the official State Faith and part of that party's foundation for the future.
As I have given this as one reason for my reserves when considering UKIP, why does Keith keep going on... and on.... trying single me out over an issue that has been explained?
I will not be converted to Libertarian no-faith policies and absolutely reject the idea that Church and State should be separate.
Keith has a different view, but I don't keep coming back and charging at him because of it.
So, as we can see here, it is Keith who keeps trying to force something onto someone - and onto others; Keith is intolerant in matters of Faith, and tries to single me out because of a decision of mine to withhold my vote owing to a matter of Faith.
And yet, I have not harangued Keith for voting, or for not voting.
Then Keith turns it around and claims I am "forcing" people.
